For whom?
The Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (R&ME) program is for professionals responsible for improving asset performance and organizational results. It is relevant for roles in production, process technology, maintenance, and reliability — both for asset owners and service providers, including engineering, consultancy, and contracting organizations. Typical participants include process engineers, maintenance engineers, reliability engineers, and improvement professionals. and so on.
Learning approachThe program is designed to ensure maximum transfer of skills to your daily work:
- Direct managers are present at both the first and last day, so they discover how to create the best conditions for maximum lasting return.
- During the learning, under the guidance of the trainers, work is being done on own project(s), so that the trained methods and principles are applied directly. This way, not only is there practice on own issues but also at the same time we are working on improving Asset & Maintenance Management performance.
- You practice facilitating (as part of the training) real issues from another participant’s organization, coached by and in presence of CoThink trainers, to build confidence — even in unfamiliar situations. This offers you a unique hands-on learning experience.
You receive a certificate based on demonstrated skills and commitment, awarded at bronze, silver, or gold level. After certification, you can join the active group of former participants (alumni R&ME).

- You can lead structured and systematic improvement projects.
