Listening to people who are talking about strange situations where different sort of action is needed triggers my rational instinct. Either corrective, preventive, contingent or managed action – we need to choose the most effective and efficient approach. I like to consult people based on fundamental processes.
My goal? Increase the organisations’ effectiveness. There is so much potential and unused ideas that can improve the companies´ backbone, stabilise the economic fundament and prospects for strategic orientation. I love managing, planning and implementing projects covering all kinds of changes together with training and facilitating for better problem solving skills.
Regarding Root Cause Analysis, my guiding principle is "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth."
