FMEA Facilitator training content

The Cothink approach is in line with RCM (reliability centered Maintenance) and Risk based Inspection (RBI). The training will follow the 7 steps of the RCM model. We practice with the FMEA base model. There is a lot of attention to own FMEA formats and assessing utility and necessity. The communication process model teaches you to control and switch between content, process and attention to participants. In practical exercises we cover all aspects of facilitating.
