Innovative Root Cause Analysis (iRCA)
iRCA is the basis for solving issues and problems. The skills training is based on the RATIO approach and is regarded by many as the ‘Best practice’ in the area of RCA. Improving mutual communication by asking the right questions and avoiding premature conclusions. Problems are carefully analysed, based on facts. This leads to finding long term solutions. By visualization of the problem and the process, it provides insight and an overview.
After attending the training course, and practising and implementing this basis, you will achieve the following results:

iRCA is intended for everyone in your organization who is working on problems and issues. This also includes, for example, technicians, troubleshooters, service technicians, incident managers, problem managers, support staff, etc.
The average size of a workshop is 12 participants.
The training is a mix of theory and practical exercises and direct application to their own work, so that their own problems are addressed directly. It will cover several methods, such as Event Mapping, Problem Analysis and Behavioural Analysis.
A customized in-company training course takes an average of 3-4 days.
