iPSDM supports companies in developing both the analytical and creative thinking powers of your employees, through the use of rational and creative thinking skills. This can help them to work effectively on solutions to difficult issues. This reinforces the innovative nature of the organization.

The average class size is 12 participants per course.
The training course consists of a mix of theory, practical examples and exercises with direct application to their own work, so that their own problems can be addressed directly. The programme is based on the RATIO approach. It does this by using various methods, such as Context Review, Event Map, Eisenhower Diagram, Time Management, Problem Analysis, Behavioural Analysis, Creative Methods, Decision Making and Risk Analysis and the principles of the 5 Whys, Pareto, Mind Mapping and SPC.
A customized in-company training course takes an average of 3-4 days.
